Ideology Institute of Technology Inc. DBA Ideology Info Solution Inc. requires a Business Analyst who will be involved in the following: 1. Gather business requirements and write user stories on JIRA based on existing information to support the front end design. 2. Involve in SIT, UAT, regression testing with QA team and help teams to track testing progress; Log and manage defects through HP ALM. 3. Involve in data elements defining, data analyzing, data mapping, data validation and data reconciliation. 4. Helped identify defects based on the requirements or technical. 5. Achievements and coordinate with testing and project management teams to track performance and defect resolution. 6. Work extensively with compliance team on the security of any new functionalities and achievements. 7. Create functional design by providing use cases and mockups. 8. Create change request tickets and managed the timelines for testing phase. 9. Support the application release by providing all the required technical documents. 10. Communicate between production and testing teams promptly to resolve production issues. Position requires Masters Degree in the field of Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology or related field of study.
